Finally made some progress! Who knew that flirting would still be so effective for little old me? Still, I have some ways to go with getting this article done. Though, I have to thank our police department for being so helpful. Not exactly sure that they were trying to be useful with how vague their statement was, but it was helpful in the end.

Hikaru is going through the stage where he has decided that he wants to do nothing except watch cartoons. He thinks he hates tennis and refuses to even draw like he used to. He drives me quite mad, sometimes, as much as he is an absolute dear in other ways.
