...Shiraishi-chan, I submitted the interview to the current editor and he wanted to put it on the front page of Monday's paper. Is that okay for you?

Also, I think I will take the editor position and continue to do interviews that matter to me, when it is necessary. I'll probably start work in December, so I'll still be a senior journalist up until then.
