...Is it so difficult for my co-workers to tell when they screw up royally on things instead of trying to cover it up? Now, I have to work doubletime to fix their idiocy and I have no idea who's going to go pick up Hikaru from school when it comes around. What do I do?

I'm so stressed currently. It's like everyone turns into idiots when we get close to deadline time. Just work hard and stay out of trouble that could hurt our company! Is that so difficult?!
