New Years Wishes.

Hikaru-chan and I are all ready for the New Year. He's determined to stay up until midnight, but I'm fairly certain he won't make it past eight o'clock before collapsing. As for me, I'm going to try and see everyone else's New Years, so I'll be unavailable through most of tomorrow, so I can stay up to see the whole world's separate celebrations.

I have several articles to okay and a few to write myself. I'm grateful for Zaizen-kun, Hakase-san and Osakada-chan's contributions to the articles. And Yukari-chan, thank you as well, for your anonymous article. The article series has reached a lot of fame and hopefully, since it's being translated to other languages, it might even reach the Russian president and convince him to loosen his laws against LGBT people.

My goals for the New Year are to be there for Hikaru but still be a good editor for Asahi. I'm not sure how they'll work in tandem, but I aim for it. I also...want to get rid of the fear that Nakamura put in me. I want to regain the self-confidence I once had. I want to ignore my parents and my sister telling me that I'm not worth anything as a woman because I had a divorce. And once I feel like I've done...maybe I'll be able to think about loving again.
